The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology is looking for a PhD Student in Satellite-Based Analysis of Fog Life Cycles in the Namib Desert.
To enjoy this position you should be open to learn about and become an expert in
- fog and aerosol processes, climate change
- the application of statistical techniques and machine learning methods to satellite data for analyzing the climate system and interested in
- pursuing your own ideas in close exchange with others
- profiting from the immense collaboration potential in the group, the project, and at KIT
- possibly traveling to the measurement sites in Namibia (not mandatory)
